Our FAVORITE calendar scheduling tool to book my consulting sessions. It’s an easy way for others to book time on your calendar and pay you for the time booked seamlessly through one tool.

Your clients get email confirmations, reminders and our favorite…Acuity integrates seamlessly with my other favorite tools such as ZOOM and Google Calendar.

Zoom

Our FAVORITE tool for Video Conferencing and recording our client meetings, group coaching calls, and group trainings. We love that Zoom allows us to record audio, video or screen shares for quick tutorials.

Zoom also integrates with Google Calendar and Acuity scheduling system (Most recently I’ve been using it for webinars and hosting my FB Lives).

This has been our GO TO program for snatching images, adding captions/notations and create desktop video tutorials.

It is a screenshot program that captures video display and audio output. I’ve used it for years and most recently use it to create video tutorials to share in SM and train my team.

Vimeo is what we use to host our VIDEOS (you need a host to park your videos to share in Convert Kit). Customize the branding to fit your business.

Vimeo is a video-sharing website in which users can upload, share and view videos. Set to private viewing and use the link for limited usage
